I had the chance to see Behind The Gates in action, and the actors were incredible! Their energy was contagious, and they got everyone excited and involved in the roleplaying. It was so fun to watch and be part of their story!

It ended so quick! At Evermore I could get away with only caring about one guild that day but at this, it's like you wanna do them all, and it'd be literally impossible.

The people in charge are very talented. Their costuming is spot on. There's background available on their FB page so you don't start out blind. The venue is spectacular for a public park and there will be vendors and food trucks.

I want to give them a chance and hopefully there will be a second event.

Yesterday I went on a little adventure to a place I have never been before. It was a huge wooded park with grassy fields, stone pathways and a magnificent amphitheater. This was a place where one’s imagination could conjure the most fantastic of happenings and loose all reality of one’s normal humdrum life.

In my opinion BTG has found the perfect venue. I am so looking forward to this upcoming event. These pictures do not do the park justice. I commend American Fork Parks and Recreation for this amazing park.

I was honestly nervous asking my friends to come, but they all had so much fun. One of them said “I feel like I haven’t been able to breath properly due to everything going on. But while watching the bards perform I turned to my friend and told them I was finally breathing and smiling normal again. It turns out I just needed a dose of whimsey.”

I must say, I’m very impressed with the love and effort put into making this all happen. I’m so excited to be apart of it this Friday!

Literally cannot give enough praise to all the work that went into this first event. I think the entire team was amazing and did perfectly. I remember Becka once describing it all as if they “could catch lighting in a bottle”.

Well, they caught it.

Missing this event already! It was so good reuniting with familiar faces and making friends with new ones!

Was last night real, or was it just a mass hallucination? I'm just rereading my notes, and almost none of them make sense they were just little bits like "sus plants, some residents like me now, some don't, crashout 1,2,3, and 4, where's penny?, who stole the fellstar(found that out), put the amulet BACK!, why don't people leave dorian alone." all in poor quick hand writing
